Monroe Trench 2


2006 Carmate trailer

This trailer is one of two used for trench rescue, structural collaspe, and other technical rescue incidents. Monroe Trench 1 is stored at Tobyhanna Twp. Vol. Fire Co. (sta.41) and has a full set of airshore rescue struts and other equipment for technical rescue. Monroe Trench 2 contains support items for Trench 1 such as lumber for shoring, ropes, air bags, misc. hand tools, nails, cones, etc.. This is a joint operation between station 41 and station 42 who upon request for the trench rescue team are dispatched together and work together handling trench rescues, structural collapse, and other technical rescue incidents.
